ACLU Merry Christmas
Written by Doogie
Monday, 30 November 2009

Fun with the ACLU......
Wanna have some fun this CHRISTMAS?  Send the ACLU a
CHRISTMAS CARD  this year.  As they are working so very hard to get rid of  the CHRISTMAS part of this holiday, we should all send them a nice, CHRISTIAN, card to brighten up their dark,  sad, little world.

Make sure it
says "Merry Christmas" on it.  Here's the Address, just don't be rude or crude.  (It's Not the Christian Way, you
know!)

ACLU
125 Broad Street
18th Floor
New York, NY 10004

Two tons of Christmas cards would freeze their operations because they wouldn't know if any were regular mail containing
 contributions.  So spend 44 cents
and tell the ACLU to leave Christmas alone.  Also tell them that there is no such thing as a "Holiday Tree".  .  .  .  It's a Christmas Tree, even in the fields!!

But then the birds

Remarks from CBS Sunday Morning - Ben Stein
Written by Doogie

I only hope we find GOD again before it is too late!

The following was written by Ben Stein and recited by him on CBS Sunday Morning Commentary.

My confession:
I am a Jew, and every single one of my ancestors was Jewish.  And it does not bother me even a little bit when people call those beautiful lit up, bejeweled trees, Christmas trees.  I don't feel threatened.  I don't feel discriminated against. That's what they are, Christmas trees.

Air Force armada all about the ammo
Written by Doogie
Saturday, 29 August 2009
10/18/2007 - SOUTHPORT, N.C. (AFPN) -- Not many people know the Air Force has a navy. Ask the typical Airman if he can name even one of the service's ships and he would most likely shrug and say, "Ship? We don't have ships. We fly airplanes."

But the fact is the Air Force does have ships. Called the Afloat Pre-positioned Fleet, the program consists of four freighter-style ships that sail around the world loaded with various types of ammunition.

"These ships carry anything from bombs to missiles to high-caliber rounds and fuzes," said 2nd Lt. Marc Meier, the APF program manager.

The program is based out of the Military Ocean Terminal-Sunny Point, an Army-run port located near Southport. The 16,000-acre site is a key shipping port for military operations and is the only of its kind that can handle such a large distribution of ammunition.
